Your Why

Get a clear understanding of why you want to slow down your parenting. What are your hopes and dreams? What are your goals? Let's get clear on priorities.

You’ll finish this challenge with a batter picture of what you want to create versus the ways you have been compelled to parent.

DAY 2

Slow Down

It’s easier said than done. But it is possible one step at a time. Slowing down will become a habit after practicing the unique method of observation that I will teach you. I call it the Scientific Method of Parenting.  

Learning to become the objective observer in your home will help you create unique solutions that will actually work.

DAY 3

Build Trust

Collectively as a society we've become very used to parents telling horror stories of their kids. We compare who has had it worse. We wear it like a badge of honor, a medal we have won. It's time to stop.

This is a hard habit to break but it will be easier when you flip the script and write AWESOME STORIES about your kids! 

DAY 4

Create Connection

As a parent it can be tempting to believe that we have to entertain our children to make them happy. However our children are often most satisfied in moments of independence and autonomy and this creates moments for connection and joy.

Prepare the environment to set you and your child up for success.

DAY 5

Reality Check

Often our parenting is a result of our own conditioning. There were likely one-liners you heard on a regular basis when you were young that slowly crept into your psyche and developed patterns of belief or habits you still repeat today.

I am going to ask you to take a look at these phrases. Awareness can be a deeply healing tool.
